PERMISSION FOR THE REPAIR, REFURBISHMENT, UPGRADING AND EXTENSION OF EXISTING 4-STOREY (OVER BASEMENT VAULTS) BUILDING (FORMER MILL STORE, NOW DERELICT) FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONVERSION TO SINGLE DWELLING RESIDENTIAL USE. THE PROPOSAL TO INCLUDE; A) REFURBISHMENT OF BUILDING INCLUDING THE INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS. B) THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LOW PITCHED CLADDED AND PARTIALLY GLAZED ROOF STRUCTURE HOUSING PLANT AND SOLAR PANELS AT ROOF LEVEL. C) THE CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE STOREY SHEDS, STORAGE AND ENTRANCE BUILDING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE MILL AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF PLANT ROOM AT BASEMENT LEVEL ADJACENT TO THE WEST END OF THE MILL. D) THE REPAIR OF THE EXISTING NON-FUNCTIONING FISH PASS WALLS AND THE RAISING OF THE GENERAL GROUND LEVEL AROUND THE BASE OF THE MILL (INCLUDING THE RAISING OF THE INTERNAL GROUND FLOOR LEVEL BY 1 METRE). E) THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING VEHICULAR SITE ENTRANCE WITH A NEW RECESSED SITE ENTRANCE INCORPORATING NEW WROUGHT IRON GATES AND FLANKING RAILINGS AND F) THE CARRYING OUT OF GENERAL SITEWORKS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL. NOTE THE PROPOSED WORKS INCORPORATES WORKS TO THE ABOVE BUILDING WHICH IS A PROTECTED STRUCTURE UNDER THE WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2013-19. A NATURA IMPACT STATEMENT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AUTHORITY WITH THE PLANNING APPLICATION.
