It is the responsibility of any person wishing to use the personal data on planning applications and decision lists for direct marketing purposes to be satisfied that they may do so legitimately under the requirements of the Data Protection Acts 1988 (as amended) taking account of the preferences outlined by applicants in their applications.

Planning applications are available to view both online and at the planning counter in the offices of Wexford County Council. All documents submitted as part of the planning application are available for viewing by the public. Written submissions and observations from third parties are also available to view online and at the Planning Public Counter of Wexford County Council. External and Internal reports on the planning application prepared by or on behalf of the Planning Authority are only available for viewing once a decision has been made on the application.
